1. Cancellation Policy

  • Online Workshops & Coaching Sessions: You may cancel your registration for online workshops or one-on-one coaching sessions at any time before the session starts. Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to ensure your cancellation is processed.

  • Consultation Services: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy

  • Online Workshops: If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the workshop begins, you will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Consultation Services: Refunds are not available for consultation services once the session has been conducted. If you have paid for a session and do not attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Workshops/Training Programs: For pre-paid workshops or training programs, a full refund will be given if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. After this period, no refund will be provided.

3. Exceptions In case of extraordinary circumstances such as illness or emergencies, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any special situations.
